These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern purchases from TuneTailor and use of the personalized digital songs, artwork, and add-ons we deliver. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. Mandatory consumer protections that apply to you remain unaffected.

1. Seller

TuneTailor is operated by NIȚĂ IOAN-MĂDĂLIN PERSOANĂ FIZICĂ AUTORIZATĂ, CUI 43998606, with registered office at Sat Săveni, Comuna Săveni, Strada Nicolae Iorga, Nr. 48, Județ Ialomița, Romania.

2. Capacity to order

You must have legal capacity to enter into the purchase. If you cannot legally contract on your own, you may order only with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. Payment-provider rules also apply.

3. The TuneTailor offer

The Signature Song is an entirely digital, personalized product. The base package includes a downloadable high-quality MP3, complete lyrics displayed on the private delivery page, square high-resolution cover artwork, and qualifying revisions under section 8. Finished songs are produced in English only.

The standard package does not promise an exact MP3 bitrate, a separate lyrics file, an exact artwork dimension or format, or a WAV file. A high-quality WAV is included when a Commercial Licence is purchased and may otherwise be offered as an optional deliverable.

4. Your brief and order

Before checkout, each Signature Song must have its own song title, genre, and complete Story or lyrics. The Story or lyrics field may include the recipient, relationship, occasion, memories, mood, required phrases, exclusions, voice preference, pronunciation guidance, or lyrics. If a voice preference is omitted, TuneTailor chooses one. Selecting "Other" as the genre requires you to describe the desired genre in the Story or lyrics field. Selecting "Surprise me" authorizes TuneTailor to choose a genre based on the submitted story and mood.

If a brief is sparse, we proceed using reasonable creative discretion and the delivery clock does not pause. A revision caused by a reasonable choice that differs from an unstated expectation remains included if it otherwise qualifies under section 8.

You may buy more than one song in a checkout, but each song and add-on must be clearly identified. Full payment is due when the order is placed. The amount shown at checkout controls after Shopify Markets conversion, rounding, and any valid discount.

TuneTailor currently does not collect taxes. If your jurisdiction independently requires you to report or pay tax, you are responsible for doing so. The offer is digital, so no shipping address or shipping charge is required. A payment provider may request billing details.

5. Immediate performance and withdrawal

By placing an order, you request that TuneTailor begin production immediately. Where applicable law permits, your statutory withdrawal right ends when your personalized digital files are delivered after your express request and acknowledgement. Any mandatory right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited remains available.

6. Delivery and delays

The first version and purchased creative add-ons are due within 24 hours of successful payment, every day of the year, including weekends and public holidays. Delivery occurs when the first-version private delivery page becomes available. We send the secure link to the purchaser, not directly to a gift recipient.

If technical generation fails, we may extend the deadline by up to 24 additional hours after notifying you. If delivery is still unavailable after 48 hours, we may provide a revised estimate and will send a progress update at least every 24 hours until delivery, cancellation, or refund. Your right to cancel for a full refund continues until first delivery.

For events outside our reasonable control, we will notify affected customers and provide an appropriate remedy. We may cancel and fully refund an order that we cannot safely or reasonably fulfil.

7. Private delivery access

Anyone who possesses a private delivery link may be able to open the page and files. You may share it with the recipient, friends, or family, but you are responsible for choosing recipients carefully.

Delivery and download access continues indefinitely while TuneTailor operates and the files remain available; we do not promise permanent archival after the service ceases to operate. Security links may expire. Contact support@tunetailor.org or use the contact form for a renewed link.

8. Revisions

Qualifying revisions are unlimited for 30 days after first delivery when they remain within the original recipient, occasion, core story, and genre and are lawful, made in good faith, and reasonably related to the original brief. Included changes may cover lyrics, pronunciation, mix, arrangement, song title, cover artwork, and purchased Instrumental or Lyric Video outputs.

Each qualifying revision is due within 24 hours of the request. A request made near the end of the revision period keeps the window open until 24 hours after that revision is delivered. Another qualifying request made during that final 24-hour period extends the window again until 24 hours after the next revision is delivered. If delivery notification failed, the window is extended so you receive a full 30 days after successful notification. Early satisfaction does not close the revision window.

We may refuse a request that is abusive, unlawful, made in bad faith, or substantially outside the original brief. A substantially different recipient, occasion, core story, or genre is a new song; we will explain the boundary and may offer a separate quote. The order completes automatically after the revision window and all timely extensions end. Customer approval is not required for completion, and the licence survives completion.

9. Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel for any reason until first delivery and receive a full refund, including add-ons and any optional tip. The time we receive the request controls eligibility. After first delivery, refund requests are reviewed case by case and the included revision process should normally be used first. See the Refund Policy for the complete process.

10. Materials you submit

You must have permission to submit lyrics, names, stories, recordings, instructions, or other materials and to request their intended use. You are responsible for third-party copyright, privacy, publicity, and other rights affected by your submission. For a gift, you are responsible for obtaining any permission needed to submit another person's personal details or story.

TuneTailor may refuse illegal, hateful, exploitative, harassing, defamatory, threatening, privacy-invasive, or otherwise harmful content. We do not promise proactive legal verification of every statement. We will not directly imitate a named real artist or a recognizable person's voice, but you may request broader genre, mood, instrumentation, or era references.

If a request is unacceptable, we will normally ask for an acceptable direction. If no acceptable direction is agreed before first delivery, the order receives a full refund.

11. Ownership and personal-use licence

TuneTailor retains copyright ownership of the finished song and cover artwork. A standard purchase grants you a perpetual, worldwide personal-use licence for the finished song and cover artwork.

Personal use includes private sharing, sharing with friends and family, public non-monetized posting on personal social media, and non-monetized personal YouTube publication. Attribution is appreciated but optional. Any monetized, promotional, business, advertising, client, branded, or other commercial use requires the Commercial Licence for that song.

12. Commercial Licence

For one specified song, the Commercial Licence grants one customer or business a worldwide, perpetual, exclusive commercial-use licence. TuneTailor retains copyright ownership but will not commercially use or license that song to another party except for use separately and explicitly authorized by the licence holder.

The licence holder may assign the licence to another person or business and may sublicense or authorize clients and partners while retaining its own rights. The licence covers the song and cover artwork, any Lyric Video purchased for that song, a high-quality WAV master, and any purchased Instrumental.

The licence holder may register the song with YouTube Content ID or a similar rights-management system, subject to platform eligibility and third-party rights. The licence holder must whitelist authorized channels where possible and promptly release erroneous or conflicting claims caused by its registration.

13. Add-ons

Add-ons are available only alongside or after a Signature Song purchase and must be assigned to a specific song. An Instrumental includes a downloadable MP3 and also includes WAV when the associated song has a Commercial Licence. A Lyric Video uses the specified song, synchronized lyrics, and cover artwork. It may be used commercially only when both the Lyric Video and Commercial Licence apply to the same song.

Purchased creative add-ons are delivered with the first version and are updated without extra charge when the underlying song changes through a qualifying revision.

14. AI-assisted production

TuneTailor uses AI-assisted tools as part of producing personalized songs, lyrics, audio, and artwork. These tools support the production process; TuneTailor remains responsible for delivering the purchased package and applying the revision, content, privacy, and quality commitments in these Terms.

15. Privacy and public use

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle order details, briefs, personal stories, revision requests, and private delivery files. We use a real customer's song, lyrics, artwork, name, testimonial, reaction, or story in public samples or marketing only with separate, explicit permission. That permission may be withdrawn as described in the Privacy Policy.

16. Changes to these Terms

Changes apply prospectively. We will date and publish material changes. The Terms accepted when an existing order was placed continue to govern that order unless applicable law requires otherwise.

17. Governing law and disputes

Romanian law governs these Terms, without depriving you of mandatory consumer protections or dispute rights available in your country. English controls if a translation conflicts, subject to mandatory local law.

Please contact support@tunetailor.org first so we can try to resolve a concern. Consumers may also use applicable courts, mandatory remedies, Romanian consumer-protection channels, or an available alternative dispute-resolution body. Information and complaint services are available from the Romanian National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC) and its alternative dispute-resolution service.
