This Refund Policy applies to TuneTailor's personalized digital songs and related digital add-ons. Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer right that applies to you.

Cancellation before first delivery

You may cancel your order for any reason until the first-version private delivery page becomes available. A qualifying cancellation receives a full refund, including the Signature Song, any add-ons, and any optional tip, even if production has already begun.

Send the cancellation request to support@tunetailor.org or through the contact form. The time we receive your request determines eligibility. If your request arrived before first delivery, it remains valid even if delivery occurs before our team processes the request.

Requests after first delivery

After the first-version private delivery page becomes available, refund requests are reviewed case by case. Because qualifying revisions are included for 30 days after first delivery, we will normally ask you to use the revision process before deciding a post-delivery refund request. We do not offer a blanket money-back guarantee.

This case-by-case process does not remove remedies you have under mandatory consumer law, including remedies for digital content or services that do not conform to the contract.

Cancellation by TuneTailor

TuneTailor may cancel and fully refund an order that it cannot safely or reasonably fulfil. If an event outside our reasonable control makes fulfilment impossible, we will notify you and provide an appropriate remedy, including cancellation and a full refund where required.

How approved refunds are processed

Approved refunds are issued promptly to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to make the funds available. We encourage you to contact us before starting a chargeback so we can try to resolve the issue, but doing so does not limit your legal rights.
