Each Signature Song needs its own title, genre, and complete Story or lyrics before checkout. Use that open field for the recipient, occasion, memories, mood, phrases, exclusions, pronunciation guidance, voice preference, or lyrics that matter to the song.

Production begins automatically after successful payment. Your order already contains the complete song information, so there is no post-purchase form, consultation, preview, or confirmation step.

Your first version and purchased creative add-ons are due within 24 hours of successful payment, every day of the year. If a technical failure requires more time, we will notify you and may extend the deadline by up to 24 hours.

The standard package includes a high-quality downloadable MP3, complete lyrics on your private delivery page, and downloadable high-resolution square cover artwork. WAV is optional for the standard package and is guaranteed with the Commercial Licence add-on.

You may request unlimited qualifying revisions for 30 days after first delivery, within the original recipient, occasion, core story, and genre. Each qualifying request is due within 24 hours. A timely request near the end keeps the window open until 24 hours after that revision is delivered, and another qualifying request during that final period extends it again.

Included changes may cover lyrics, pronunciation, mix, arrangement, song title, cover artwork, and purchased Instrumental or Lyric Video outputs. A substantially different recipient, occasion, core story, or genre is a new song rather than a revision.

You may cancel for a full refund until the first-version private delivery page becomes available, even if production has begun. Send the request to support@tunetailor.org or use the contact form. After first delivery, refund requests are reviewed case by case and revisions should normally be used first.

Instrumental, Lyric Video, and Commercial Licence add-ons must be assigned to a specific Signature Song. Purchased creative add-ons arrive with the first version and are updated at no extra charge when the underlying song changes through a qualifying revision.

Finished songs are produced in English only, even when you browse the storefront in another language.

We email the purchaser a secure private-page link. Anyone with the link can access the page and files, so share it carefully. Access continues while TuneTailor operates and the files remain available; if a security link expires, contact support@tunetailor.org for a renewed link.
